Dietary Needs, Menu Planning, Food Preparation & Sanitation.  
This class provides an overview of the 6 nutrient groups, USDA "My Plate" guidelines and DHS 83 regulations for the CBRF setting related to nutritional issues and food handling standards.
It is a 3-hour class, with competency testing after completion of the course. 
Held in our Streu's Community Classroom on Wednesday, February 28th from 9AM - Noon with testing to follow.
