Pharmacy Delivery Driver

Do you like the freedom of driving, making deliveries to facilities & patient homes and also have great customer service? This is the job for you!! Streu’s is looking for a driver to fill 2nd shift 2pm-10pm a couple shifts a week and every other weekend.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

1. Drives company vehicle to deliver customer prescriptions and other associated items to individuals’ residence or facilities.

2. Responsible for establishing route and preparing route delivery log.

3. Responsible for keeping accurate records of delivery logs and delivery transactions.

4. Secures necessary information for required paperwork to comply with regulatory requirements.

5. Ensures that delivery transactions are accurately recorded on customer receipt.

6. Interacts with customers in a professional manner while communicating customers concerns and issues to the appropriate staff.

7. Secures protected health information and required paperwork to comply with regulatory requirements. Ensures the department abides by OSHA, HIPAA and other regulations pertaining to the company standards.

8. Responsible for maintaining company vehicles in proper working order including maintenance and notifying appropriate individual when problems arise or repairs are needed.

9. Responsible for backing up clerk on point of sale system for deliveries.

10. Brings daily deposits to the bank.

11. Brings mail to post office.

12. Picks up supplies for the business as needed.

13. Required to attend and complete all mandatory training and events.

14. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $15.00 per hour

Requirement of the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services – Pharmacy Examining Board

  1. Age and Education – Applicant satisfies one of the following:
  • The applicant is at least 18 years of age and has graduated from high school or has attained high school graduation equivalence as determined by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI).
  • The applicant is enrolled in a youth apprenticeship program for pharmacy technicians that is on the list of youth apprenticeship programs approved by the Department of Workforce Development (DWD) under Wis. Stat. § 106.132m).
  1. Application submitted via the Department’s online credentialing system LicensE.
  2. Fee(s)s paid in the Department’s online credentialing system LicensE. (Initial credential fee is $30.00.)
  3.  Malpractice Suits or Claims (Form #2829) and copies of malpractice suit, court documents with allegations, and settlement, if applicable.
  4. Convictions and Pending Charges (Form #2252), if applicable. (There is an $8 additional fee if this form is submitted.)
